Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and reduce heat to low. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Fold in the cooked pasta until well coated. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For a lighter dish, consider incorporating spinach or using Greek yogurt as a substitute for some of the cream.
